Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 August 2026 · Qwalet is provided by Qariha

By using Qwalet you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Qwalet is

Qwalet is a personal record-keeping app for your own finances. It is not a bank, a payment service, or a money transfer service. It does not hold, move or transmit funds, and it is not connected to your bank accounts. Everything in it is a record you enter yourself, or that you and another user agree between yourselves. Marking a debt as settled inside Qwalet records your agreement; it does not move any money.

Who can use Qwalet

You must be 18 or older to use Qwalet. The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it; our privacy policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.

Your account

You need an account to use Qwalet. Keep your password and any one-time codes to yourself, and keep your device secure — anyone with access to a signed-in device can see your records. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

Acceptable use

Do not use Qwalet for anything unlawful, do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to harass another user through its shared features. We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

Shared records

When you split a bill, record a debt, or join a group with someone, they can see your name and the details of that shared record. Only share with people you intend to.

Availability

We work to keep Qwalet available and correct, but we provide it “as is”. The app is currently in testing, and features may change or be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Our responsibility

Qwalet is a record-keeping tool, not financial advice. Decisions you make based on what you see in it are your own. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, from inaccurate records, or from interruptions in service. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Qwalet at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and we will tell you in the app about changes that materially affect you.
