My one-time code did not arrive

Check your spam folder — codes are sent from contact@qariha.com. Codes expire, so request a fresh one if a few minutes have passed.

Why does your email come from qariha.com?

Qariha is the company that builds Qwalet. Mail from contact@qariha.com is genuine.

A scanned receipt came out wrong

Scanned receipts always open as a draft for you to check before saving, so you can correct any field. Clear, flat, well-lit photos read most accurately.
